Yes — we are a registered Indian entity with 12A and 80G approvals under the Income-tax Act, which makes donations from Indian taxpayers tax-exempt.

Yes. As an 80G-approved organisation, Indian taxpayers can claim up to 50% deduction on donations to 2030 Ka Bharat under section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961. A receipt is emailed within 7 working days.

Yes. Our programs map to Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 (education, hunger, environmental sustainability). We provide quarterly impact reports, photo/video documentation, and 80G receipts.

Yes — we run GHG-accounting workshops with Bureau Veritas–certified trainers and can support scope 1, 2 and 3 disclosures aligned with ISO 14064:2018 and BRSR.
