Viksit Bharat 2047 is a long term initiative by the Government Of India to transform the nation into a fully developed country by its 100th Independence. It depends on four core pillars: Youth, Poor, Women and Farmers. Its mission emphasises a direct focus on youth, poverty eradication, increasing women’s participation in economic activities, and strengthening the agricultural sector. Its goal is to improve self-reliance by achieving a $30 trillion economy, reducing poverty, providing 100% access to quality education and healthcare, building a fully equipped workforce, and producing domestically. The vision directly aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, 2030, focusing on no poverty, quality education, gender equality, decent work, and reduced inequalities, which directs India toward inclusive and sustainable development.
