1. Help developing countries get and share eco-friendly technologies on good terms .
2. Make the technology bank and support system for building science and technology skills in the least developed countries, and improve the use of helpful technology, especially communication technology.
3. Increase international help for building skills in developing countries to support their plans for achieving all the Sustainable Development Goals, including through cooperation between different regions.
