Youth participation remains a driving force for India’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda, as young people are active participants, as well as beneficiaries of sustainable developments. With 65% of India’s population is below 35 years, the Government of India has created strong platforms like MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat), National Youth Policy, Skill India, Startup India, and Digital India, which actively involve youth in nation-building, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social entries. These frameworks empowers youth to contribute in policymaking, climate action, social inclusion, and economic growth, which will directly help in achieving Goals 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work), 9 (Innovation), 13 (Climate Action), and 16 (Strong Institutions) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2030. So, by equipping youth with skills, opportunities, and a voice will help India in achieving inclusive growth, social resilience, and the SDG 2030 vision of a developed and empowered nation.
