1. Support a fair and open global trading system under the World Trade Organization, including finishing negotiations from the Doha Development Agenda.
2. Increase exports from developing countries, especially aiming to double the share of global exports from the least developed countries.
3. Make sure that all least developed countries have long-term duty-free and quota-free access to markets, following WTO rules, by keeping import rules clear and simple to help them access markets.
