1. Follow the rules for special treatment of developing countries, especially the least developed ones, based on World Trade Organization agreements.
2. Support financial help and investments in countries that need it most, especially the least developed countries, according to their own plans.
3. By 2030, lower the costs of sending money home for migrants to less than 3 percent and get rid of places where the costs are higher than 5 percent.
